We currently deliver within Klang Valley only.
Self-collection is available at Ken 2 Damansara.

When do you deliver?
We deliver between operating hours (based on availability) with selected time slots.
You can choose your preferred date & time during checkout.
Operating hours:
Tuesday – Saturday | 9AM – 6PM
Sunday | 11AM – 2PM (delivery/collection only)
How much is the delivery fee?
We use 3rd-party delivery service (Lalamove car).
Delivery fee will be auto-calculated at checkout based on your location.
Can I request same-day delivery?
Yes, possible and subject to availability.
Best to WhatsApp us first before placing your order.
How early should I place my order?
For custom cakes: earlier is better (recommended 3–5 days before your event date)
Other than cakes: at least 2–3 days in advance
What if no one is there to receive the cake?
We will usually contact the recipient before delivery.
If the rider arrives and there is no response or long waiting time, extra charges may apply.
Can I change delivery date or time?
Yes, you can. But please inform us at least 24 hours in advance.
Last-minute changes may not be possible depending on our schedule.
Will my cake be safe during delivery?
Yes, we pack everything carefully before dispatch and will send you a photo for reference.
If there is any issue or damage upon receiving, please inform us immediately so we can assist you.

Any delay I should expect?
Slight delays may happen due to traffic or weather.
We’ll always do our best to deliver on time.
After I receive my cake, what should I do?
Keep it in a cool place or air-conditioned room.
Best stored in the fridge until ready to serve.
