1. How do I place an order?
You can place your order directly through our website or WhatsApp us at +6012-343 6480 for custom requests.
2. How many days in advance should I order?
We recommend placing your order at least 3–5 days earlier. For custom cakes, earlier is always better to secure your slot.
3. Do you accept last minute orders?
Possible. However it depends on our availability for the day.
4. How do I order a custom cake?
Simply click on “Custom Cakes” on the top menu bar and fill in the form with your cake details. Once submitted, our team will review your request and get back to you.
5. Can you recreate cakes from Pinterest/reference photos?
Yes, we can recreate inspired designs. However, it won’t be 100% exactly the same as the reference image. Our cake decorator will tweak it a bit with her own creativity, but it will still follow the theme you requested.
6. Why do custom cake prices vary?
Price depends on size, design complexity and detailing.
7. When do I need to make payment & what payment methods do you accept?
Full payment is required to confirm your order and secure your slot. We currently accept payment via QR, online transfer, and bank deposit.
8. Do you make baby-friendly, vegan or gluten-free cakes?
At the moment, we do not offer baby-friendly, vegan, or gluten-free cakes. Our cakes are made using standard ingredients such as plain flour, eggs, sugar, salt, butter, and others.
9. Do you offer delivery?
Yes, we do offer delivery within the Klang Valley area only. Self-collection is also available if you prefer to pick up your order.
10. How much is the delivery fee?
We use a third-party delivery service (Lalamove Car). Delivery fee depends on your location and will be calculated automatically during checkout.
11. How should I store my cake and how long does it lasts?
You may keep your cake in an air-conditioned room for up to 2 hours, or store it in the fridge before serving. For the best taste and food safety, we recommend consuming it within 1–3 days.
